These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, consultations, and communications provided by HVAC Propel AI, operated by Dil Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these terms before using our website or requesting our services. If you act on behalf of a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
1. Our Services
HVAC Propel AI provides marketing and business-support services, which may include website development, lead follow-up, appointment systems, review-request systems, advertising support, and automation.
The specific services, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines for a client project will be described in a separate written agreement. Booking a consultation does not commit you to purchasing services.
2. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and only give us access to accounts, content, and customer information that you are authorized to share.
If we help you communicate with your customers, you are responsible for providing accurate information about their consent and communication preferences. We will follow the responsibilities assigned to us in our service agreement.
You must not use our website or services to send unlawful messages, create fake reviews, misrepresent a business, or access information without permission.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellation
Fees, payment schedules, advertising budgets, recurring charges, cancellation terms, and any refund provisions will be agreed upon separately in writing before paid work begins.
These website terms do not create a subscription or authorize charges. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
4. Results and Third-Party Platforms
Marketing results depend on factors such as competition, demand, budget, customer response, and the client’s operations. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, bookings, revenue, or advertising results unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Our services may rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, and HighLevel. Their own terms and policies apply. We do not control their availability, account decisions, verification processes, or message delivery.
5. Text Messaging Terms
Program: HVAC Propel AI communications, operated by Dil Solutions LLC.
When you opt in, you may receive the message types described at signup, including consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, inquiry responses, and service updates. Promotional texts require a separate marketing opt-in.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to a message from us to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation, after which messages covered by that opt-out will stop. To subscribe again, complete our opt-in process again.

Consent: Marketing-text consent is optional and is not required to purchase services. Accepting these terms or providing a phone number does not by itself constitute marketing-text consent.
Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Email Communications
We may email you in response to inquiries, about booked appointments, or to manage services you request.
You may stop marketing emails through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Necessary service-related communications may continue while we manage an existing service relationship.
7. Content and Account Ownership
You retain ownership of materials and accounts you provide. You authorize us to use those materials only as reasonably needed to perform the agreed services.
Ownership and licensing of websites, designs, workflows, and other project deliverables will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
You may not copy or misuse website materials in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and how you can contact us about it.

When we handle information for a client business, the applicable service agreement and that business’s privacy obligations also apply.
9. Misuse and Service Restrictions
We may restrict access to our website or communications where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security threats, or misuse.
Suspension or termination of paid services will be governed by the applicable service agreement and law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement to material changes.
Updates to these website terms do not automatically change an existing signed service agreement.
